Artystka performance, teoretyczka sztuki.

Autorka ok.50 dotychczas akcji zrealizowanych w ramach indywidualnych i festiwalowych działań artystycznych w Polsce, Hiszpanii, Szwecji, Irlandii Płn., Serbii, Francji, Quebec’u, Japonii, Meksyku, Urugwaju i Argentynie. Są wśród nich performances, video-performances, instal-akcje i akcje site-specific, jak również 9-cio miesięczny projekt eksperymentalny 9 i pół piątku. Od końca 2007r. rozwija procesualny cykl wystąpień SEDU/A/CTION.

Jako teoretyczka prezentuje referaty i wykłady; jej eseje i recenzje publikowane są w katalogach festiwali performance, magazynach: Obieg (stała współpraca), Fort Sztuki, Artpapier, Ha-art ), i książkach.

Jest absolwentką Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Łodzi (Wydział Form Przemysłowych).
Przez ponad 8 lat mieszkała kolejno w Anglii (Oxford) i Irlandii Północnej, gdzie ukończyła podyplomowe studia Zarządzania Kulturą na Queen’s University w Belfaście, a w 2000r. współzałożyła organizację Bbeyond, promującą sztukę żywą.
Od 2003r. mieszka w Krakowie. Wraz z Angelem Pastorem prowadzi realno/wirtualne miejsce sztuki Mostowa2 (www.mostowa2.net ). Działała jako sekretarz zarządu i członkini redakcji w Stowarzyszeniu Fort Sztuki (do zawieszenia działalności organizacji w 2007r.)

Obecnie jest doktorantką w katedrze Intermediów Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Krakowie (www.imedia.asp.krakow.pl

Performance artist and art theorician.

She did her first live art piece in October 2003, and since then has realized around 50 actions at individual events and international festivals in Poland, Spain, Sweden, N.Ireland, Serbia, France, Quebec/Canada, Japan, Mexico, Uruguay and Argentina. They include performances, video-performances, site specific/street actions as well as an experimental 9-month project 9 & ½ Fridays. Since the end of 2007 she has been developing a processual cycle of performances SEDU/A/CTION.
As a theorician she presents lectures and talks, and publishes texts on performance and contemporary art at various magazines, books and catalogues.
She lives in Krakow, Poland, since 2003. 
Together with Angel Pastor runs a real/virtual art space Mostowa2 (www.mostowa2.net ). 
She was a committee secretary and member of the art magazine editing team of the Fort Sztuki Association - until its suspension in 2007.



Previously she lived for over 8 years in England and Northern Ireland. In 2000 co-found and for the next 3 years co-run in Belfast a live-art organization Bbeyond.
She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, Poland, where she received 
MA in Art and Design (Visual Communication); 

she also holds a post graduate certificate with commendation in 
Cultural and Arts Management, obtained at the Queen´s University of Belfast.
Currently, she is a doctoral student at the Intermedia department (www.imedia.asp.krakow.pl )
 of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, with supervision of prof. Artur Tajber.
